This website is owned and operated by LE QUINZE VINS LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website and/or placing an order or requesting a delivery you agree to be bound by the Terms and conditions set out below.

References to this website in these terms and conditions apply to this website however you access it, including accessing this website through our mobile applications or a version of this website optimised for use on mobile devices.Orders/delivery requests placed by using this website, along with access to it, is granted strictly in accordance with these Terms and conditions.Please read these Terms and conditions carefully, keep a copy for your reference.These Terms and conditions apply to your order/delivery requests. We may change our Terms and conditions at any time; it is the customer’s responsibility to check for any change or updates that may occur in our Terms and conditions.

 

Le Quinze Vins reserves the rights to:

  • Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice.

You confirm that we, or any third party, shall not be liable for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. – Change of Terms and conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed.
Nothing in these Terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

The steps required to create a contract between both parties (us and you) are the following:

  • You place an order: you go through the process of placing an order by following simple instruction on this website. Complete checkout is mandatory. – You will receive an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you haveordered.

The contract will be concluded in English. Order acceptance and completion of the contract will take place between both parties once the contract has been made, unless you have been notified the order has not been accepted or you have cancelled it in accordance with the below instruction.
Non-acceptance of an order can be explained by the following:
– The product is out of stock

– We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment

– A price error or product description mistake is identifiedAmendments to orders can be placed up to 24 hours before delivery and/or in-store pickup.The details of your specific contract will not be directly generated by Le Quinze Vins Ltd.

Privacy is very important, your personal details will never be released to any company outside Le Quinze Vins for mailing or marketing purposes. Your personal information will be treated as confidential, on a secure server with all applicable HK Data Protection and consumer legislation (Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486)).When you shop on this website, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you such as your name, email, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information, and a password. We may also collect (or our third-party providers of advertisements and content may collect) information about the location of your internet connection (eg URL, IP address, …), your browser type, the country, the telephone area code, etc. We may collect this information even if you do not register with us.We confirm that any personal information that you provide to us and any user information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the Data Commissioner’s Office.

We use your information only for the following purposes:

Online Shop

Without any exception all the prices stated on Le Quinze Vins website will be billed as such to the customer without extra cost beside the delivery fees. Should any mistake occur, the customer should notify Le Quinze Vins and the company reserve the right to not sell article at any other price. Prices will be adjusted without any prior notice and shall be reflected on any future purchase and order. All prices are listed in Hong Kong dollars.

All deliveries will be made within stock limitations. Should a product not be available Le Quinze Vins reserves the right to refund the product to the customer.

Payments cannot be made in instalments and any such request will be refused.

While Le Quinze Vins endeavours to carefully follow clients’ purchase details, due to the necessity of meat and cheese cutting some slight discrepancies might occur in the total net weight.  Le Quinze Vins will always make up for these so that customers will not feel that the original weight demand has not been met with. 

 

Product origins and tracking

As per our policy Le Quinze Vins products all originate in France from carefully selected providers. Relevant information regarding each article can be found on each product description. We enforce the highest hygiene and sanitary standards to serve our customers. Should a product not reflect these, customers should notify us without any delay.

Customers may also find relevant information for allergies and advices for pregnant women. Unless otherwise stated products do not contain nut, peanuts or grain . Customers should nonetheless note that the products might have been in contact or stored with products containing either traces of made of such food.

 

Price Discount and Sales

Discounted articles are not eligible for any other promotion and only regular-price products will be eligible for such discounts.

 

Delivery arrangements

Under the law of Hong Kong, alcohol may not be sold to minors below the age of 18 years old (eighteen). Le Quinze Vins reserve any rights to ask for ID confirmation for the purpose of abiding to the law. Customers unable to produce the required ID will see their order cancelled and refunded.

Delivery times may vary from area to area at the discretion of Le Quinze Vins as per the details mentioned on the website in the Delivery section.  We offer free delivery for any order over HK$800 on HK Island, and over HK$1,500 on Kowloon side. All deliveries under the above amount are subject to a delivery fee of HK$90 HK Island and HK$150 Kowloon side. Deliveries to New Territories and Islands are subject to special demand, please refer to: info@lqv.fr. Amendments on deliveries must be placed minimum 24 hours before its scheduled time. Any amendment submitted less than 24 hours prior to delivery will not be taken into account without any liability for Le Quinze Vins.

When your order is placed, the full list of available delivery/collection times will be given.Goods reception will be signed for at the delivery address by you, or by your nominated representative who must be aged 18 or above. If no one can receive the goods, they will be left outside your front door. Le Quinze Vins will not take responsibility for any missing products in these circumstances. Such circumstances include in a non-exhaustive list flooding, storms, fire, traffic accident equipment failure and strikes as well as event even beyond Le Quinze Vingt control.  

In the event of a late delivery, under no circumstances will Le Quinze Vins be liable for a refund or discount.

Should any issue arise during the transaction, Le Quinze Vins reserve the rights to ask the customer for an ID proof and/or to cancelled and refund the order. Should the customer fail to produce the required identification Le Quinze Vins will cancel the order and will not proceed to the delivery.

In case an order does not reached the client but is marked by the delivery service as delivered, the customer should notify us without delay.

Customers are advised to keep the receipt provided when picking up their orders or when receiving them in the delivery location.

Customers will be sole responsible for any thefts or damages their order might receive if they choose to have the delivery made in a mailbox or given to a third party.

 

Payment security policy – Credit card safety policy:

Le Quinze Vins uses Secure Sockets Layer technology to encrypt your details as they are being transmitted to us. This keeps your card and persona details safe and private.
Your payment details are held in a secure encrypted server which is not accessible from the Internet. Access to this data is also secured internally within Le Quinze Vins and all card numbers are encrypted using a highly secure system that financial and banking institution rely on, called Triple Data Encryption Standard. This is widely acknowledged as being a very secure way to hide these details.Once your order is processed, the payment details associated with your order are removed from our files.Images are provided to help recognise products. Due to packaging and improvements these may not reflect the exact pack you receive.

Any of the following cards may be used on the Online shop: Visa and Mastercard through Stripe.

 

Refund and return policy

Customer shall not send back any item prior to contacting Le Quinze Vins, products sent without any approval from Le Quinze Vins will be sent back to the customer.

Customer should  always quote their order reference, stating the issue and include pictures if relevant when contacting us.

Any opened or used products will not be eligible for refund or return. Should a wine bottle be corked, customers should advise us and send us the bottle with the original cork for our reference.

We endeavour to deliver the best service to our customers within reason. Refund will not be accepted for an order cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery. The company shall also refuse to proceed to any refund and shall bear not responsibility in the case of a faulty delivery, this including the following but non-exhaustive list : broken, damaged products.

Shall any dispute arise between the delivery service and the customer, Le Quinze Vins shall bear no responsibility as to resolving this issue. Delivery services may ask customers to produce ID proof as per their own regulations, customers failing to provide such identification will be the sole responsible for their delivery not being made available to them.

Should the delivery not be the customer’s, the customer should notify Le Quinze Vins and have the products returned to our store at the following address : LQV, 118 Caine Road, HK Island
