This Saumur is vinified exclusively in stainless steel tanks. The nose shows a lovely fruit sweetness with aromas of black cherry, liquorice and black olives. The structured palate is fresh with flavors of black cherry, plum and minty notes. The ripeness of the vintage adds power and a nice mouth filling texture
