This Sancerre is avery pleasant wine. The nose is very elegant and offers charming aromas of red fruits. The palate is thin, aerial and carries a very enjoyable fruitiness. The bottle will probably be empty before you can even realise it.
Vincent took over the family vineyard in 1993 and he quickly made the transition towards organic farming first and then biodynamic. The vineyard is certified organic since 2002 and full biodynamic in 2004. Vincent work is guided by a profound bound with nature. He is deeply connected to his lands and makes real terroir driven wines. Furthermore, some think that Vincent’s wines are the most faithful expression of Sancerre.
