A fresh pinot with generous aromas of red fruits. The old vines it is from give it depth and a good length in the mouth. The Sous-Roche is best enjoyed young. With four or five years more, it expresses itself in a more spicy way and lets out some notes of ripe fruit.
The Buisson family name is closely linked to the fate of Saint-Romain, a wine-growing village since its origins. All of them, from as far back as we can remember, have always worked the vines since 1758.

\nFranck and Frédérick Buisson, son of Gilles and grandsons of Henri, took up the torch in 2008, with a passion for wines and their land as a heritage. They love this land and intend to both tell it in their bottles and respect it. Henri Buisson was already following the “organic” trends of his time, in the 60s and 70s. Today, it is a vineyard of almost 20 hectares, certified “BIO” since 2009, that the two brothers operate entirely in biodynamics. since this year.
