This micro produced syrah is aged 18 months in old barrels. The bouquet on the nose is dominated by fresh red berries with a mix of olives and herbs. The liveliness of the palate is stunning. The soft texture combined with very good acidity creates a very charming wine.
Julien and his wife Nancy are a really talented young winemakers couple. Their wines are trully elegant and have a wonderful texture which will definitely challenge your thoughts about how syrah can feel like.
