This Menetou Salon is a blend of 8 different parcels all vinified separately. It gives a lovely pop a drink wine with very aromatic nose and a rich and powerful palate.
Used to be seen as a poor Sancerre, Menetou Salou is now hosting great winemakers producing vibrant wines at very good price. Domaine Henri Pellé is definitely one of them.
