Created in 1960 by Robert Rouzaire, the Fougerus from the Brie family didn’t take long to conquer French tables. Its white and fluffy rind and its creamy ivory paste delights the connoisseurs. Slightly salty, it has a light sour smell, mushroom and underwood flavours.
For 3 generations, the Rouzaire family has been collecting the milk daily to make their cheeses. Passionate, they use a unique expertise and produce the cheeses in a traditional way in the heart of the Seine et Marne region.
