With its slightly orange rind and its creamy dough right under as well as with its friable and firm white paste, the Langes exposes an intense and typical odour. On the palate, the aromas are really pleasant, not strong but a bit lactic. The melting texture increases its milky taste.
Raw Milk - Cow - Originating from the region of Champagne Ardenne in France. The Langes cheese has been declared CDO (Certified Designation of Origin) since 1991.
