The nose develops aromas of ripe red berries, balsamic, camphor and eucalyptus with hind of spices and liquorice. The attack is round, followed by a surprisingly fresh and deep mid-palate with chocolat and liquorice aromas on velvety tannins.
Owned by Christophe and Beatrice Muret since 1993, the domaine has a wide range of IGP wines on a vineyard located in between Montpellier and Beziers. Their wines are full of freshness and character.
