Maison Samaran was created in 1968, in Toulouse, located in the south western region of France. It is well known all throughout France for its specialty in cassoulet and duck confit. The products are always cooked in an artisanal way and the different recipes for pâtés, confits, terrines, cassoulet with duck confit ... are inspired by regional cuisine, the birthplace of the family.
