The wine is made out of the youngest vines of the domaine. The nose offers greedy and elegant aromas of strawberry and other red fruits. The palate is round and sapid offering great freshness and flavours of a real basket of red fruits.
In 1978, Philippe Laurent and Michele Aubery-Laurent founded Gramenon, acquiring 12 hectares of old vines in the village of Montbrison-sur-Lez. Following the accidental death of Philippe, Michele and her son Maxime-François continued with the project, known for the use of biodynamic practices and natural winemaking processes. This way of working allows them to make wines with a great expression of the terroir, and the wines made here have become a benchmark for natural wines in France.
