This Cotes du Jura is vinified naturally and aged for 30 months in barrels on its lees. The thin nose offers aromas of ripe apple, butter, candied lemon and smoky notes. The palate is racy and offers a soft and aerial texture which balances wonderfully with the sharp acidity. It holds the palate until the finish to which it gives a chalky sense and develops lovely grapefruit's bitterness.
Jean François Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018. He produces astonishing wines from the best terroirs of the Jura region which showcase the best expression of the region' s native varieties. He also crafts a range of pop and drink Vins de France blended out from fruits bought all over France.
