Ardi-Gasna is an uncooked and pressed cheese, made from ewe's milk in the Pyrenees region. Its flavour feels rich in mouth with a hint of nutty taste. Ardi-Gasna can be paired with some jam or with a Cabernet-Sauvignon or Merlot wine.
Raw Milk - Ewe - Ardi Gasna or "Sheep's cheese" in Basque language, is native from the Pyrenees mountains in France, not far from the Spanish border. Ardi Gasna mature for 4 to 6 months, which gives this sem-firm texture.
