Noir de Bigorre is a black pig endemic to the Pyrenees, raised in semi-freedom in the mountains with the aim of producing meat with exceptional taste, recognized worldwide.

They move in small herds and feed themselves on grass, acorns, chestnuts from their regional mountains. This breed of pigs has acquired a good reputation thanks to the artisan butchers of this region.
