The nose is floral and full of fruit: white and exotic. The palate is more crisp, very mineral with long-lasting acidity. Exotic fruits like pineapple and passion fruit aromas.


Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are sorted rigourously. Pressed slowly and gently with low pressure. The juice goes through natural cold decantation process, for around 12 to 16 hours. Racking is used to separate the impurities from the juice. Alcoholic fermentation process in temperature controlled stainless steel vats (15-20degrees). Aged on fine lees for 8 months.
