This Sancerre is produced on 3 different types of soil: flint, clay and rocks. The wine is aged for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks on its lees. The nose is citrusy, mineral and very vibrant. The palate is elegant and offers a great balance between the vivid tension and the rich citrus aromas.


Vincent took over the family vineyard in 1993 and he quickly made the transition towards organic farming first and then biodynamic. The vineyard is certified organic since 2002 and full biodynamic in 2004. Vincent work is guided by a profound bound with nature. He is deeply connected to his lands and makes real terroir driven wines. Furthermore, some think that Vincent’s wines are the most faithful expression of Sancerre.
