A refreshing and crisp natural sparkling wine made out of Pinot Blanc.
An exciting and small side project by Florian Moll (Enderle & Moll) and his partner Géraldine. Since 2018 they have been producing natural sparkling wines (PetNats) under the name [trub: stoff], for which they use the same grape material as for their Enderle & Moll wines. So far there have been two different PetNats from 2018 and 2019 (“Propeller” and “Troubadour”).
