Refined for a minimum of 10 days, le Saint Felicien has a natural beige rind, supple and wrinkled. The paste is acidic, salty, nutty, dense and unctuous. In mouth, the taste is persistent, melting and greedy.


Raw Milk – Cow – Richer, bigger and creamier than its cousin the Saint Marcellin, le Saint Felicien was before made with goat milk. Today, our cheese is coming from l’étoile du Vercors which began manufacturing this cheese in 1992.
