Typically dense and rich in taste, the Rump can be enjoyed roasted or pan-fried in clarified butter, which allows the pan to reach a higher temperature much quicker.


With a generous texture, the Rump is a lean piece with a lot of flavour. Aged longer to increase tenderness, our dry aged beef is hung in our fridges to age for 45 days. The moisture escapes, for a rich taste and buttery texture.
