The Tenderloin is the prime part of the fillet, the leanest, juiciest and most tender of all steaks. At its best either roasted or pan-fried.


Cut from an extremely tender and mild tenderloin, this is a supremely tender cut of beef, as it comes from the least exercised muscle of the animal. Our whole beef fillet is ‘dressed’ by our master butchers with the skin and fat removed, meaning there is virtually no waste.
