Le Brun de Noix has a brown to orange rind because the cheesemaker used to wash the rind with some walnut natural colorant called ‘brou de noix’ it gives to the product this amazing and delicate walnut taste. Made with cow’s milk, this cheese is easy, delicate and refreshing.


Pasteurized Milk – Ewe – Made in Vendée,the cow’s milk cheese weigh around 180g.Easy to recognise with his brown rind washed with some brou de noix and nutty smell. The texture is supple and dense.
