Its paste is very characteristic, with a white-ivory colour and delicately marbled. With a slight salty flavour, soft, creamy and sometimes melting, the Fourme d’Ambert flavour remains round and sweet without overpower on the palate.


Raw Milk – Cow – AOP since 1996, la fourme d’Ambert is mainly produced at over 600m of altitude in the department of Puy-de-Dôme. Our Fourme comes mainly from the company Le Pape Gerbert.
