From North to South, Rhone Valley offers an incredible range of wines with a wide variety of soil types, climates and grape varieties. Already famous as a wine making region during the Roman Empire, Rhone Valley wines are renowned all over the world for their complexity and spicy fruitiness. Syrah, Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne reign over the northern part which benefits from 8 AOCs including the pristine Cote-Rotie, Condrieu, Chateau Grillet, Hermitage and Cornas. The southern part is home of Grenache which shares the scene with a very wide range of other grapes such as Syrah and Grenache (forming GSM, typical local blend). Here lie some famous appellations including Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas and Vaqueyras. Rhone Valley’s best winemakers have become iconic and we are delighted to introduce you with an extended selection of some of the region’s best wines.
