Jérome owns 4 hectares including 2 hectares of Grand Cru spread across Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint Denis, Charmes-Chambertin and Clos de Vougeot. In parallel, Jérôme is running a high quality négoce business covering 3 hectares and increasing the range of wines. The vines are farmed according to biodynamic principles although the vineyard is not certified. Jérôme never used herbicides or pesticides and plows the soil. He believes in full ripeness and often harvest late in order to reach the perfect moment.
